Below is a text self declaration that all parents must adhere to each week

Parents please note that all FAI and HSE guidelines must be adhered to when attending Avenue Utd training sessions If any child has any symptoms of Covid-19, has been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected Covid-19 infection in the last 14 days/in close contact with a person who has been confirmed or suspected case or if you have been advised by the doctor to self isolate You will not be able to attend Avenue Utd Academy training
