Our Junior A Squad welcomed an in from Limerick Desmond side to Roslevan on Sunday afternoon .
We took the lead after 23 minutes . Great work from Nna and Tiny to release McGann, who made a good run and finish into the bottom corner.
We doubled the scoring in the 31st minute .
This time Great work from McGann to win the ball high up, his run and pass put it on a plate for Ronan to smash home from close range.
We made it 3-0 in the 37th minute where McGann grabbed his second of the afternoon. 3-0 became 4-0 in the 44th minute when Elias Kunz got his name on the scoresheet . 4-0 to the Avenue at half time . In the 51st minute , young Owen Hadden stepped up to get his name on the scoresheet . The opposition did manage to grab a goal back in the 71st minute . 5-1 it remained until the full time whistle. Well done to our A Team squad who now advance to Round 5 of the Munster Junior Cup 👏👏

Our Under 12 National Cup Boys squad welcomed Mastergeeha from county Kerry to Roslevan on Saturday afternoon . A game that was level 0-0 at half time , thankfully it was the Avenue boys who managed to get the all important goal and in fact doubled their lead in the second half . Our Under 12 boys now advance into the open draw of the competition . Well done to all involved 👏👏
Special shout-out to our pitch maintenance team for the work that they completed during the week to allow the pitches be playable for this weekend’s games .
